Warranty Conditions – SFCORP Lawnmower
We only accept claims for broken blades made within 2 days of receiving the order. After this period, no claims will be considered.
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
Our SFCORP lawnmowers are covered by a 1-year warranty , applicable from the date of purchase. This warranty covers exclusively technical failures related to the battery, such as sudden malfunction or the inability to recharge the device under normal operating conditions.
However, it is important to note that some cases are not covered by this guarantee:
• Material damage : Physical damage caused by falls or improper use will not be covered.
• Damaged blades : Breakage or wear of blades resulting from an accident or incorrect disassembly is not covered by the warranty.
• Improper interventions : Any modification or repair carried out without following the operating instructions or by an unauthorized person also voids the warranty.
We recommend that you handle your trimmer with care and follow the instructions in the user guide to ensure its durability and optimal performance.
