Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, a tracking link will be sent to you by email or SMS.
Important :
- If you encounter any problems upon receiving your package (damaged package, missing item, wrong product, etc.), please notify us of the incident within 48 hours of delivery.
- For any blade broken or damaged during delivery, the problem must also be reported within 48 hours, with supporting photos, so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, under certain conditions.
Hygiene products (clippers, blades, cutting accessories)
- Any item sealed in blister packaging can only be returned if the blister packaging is intact.
- Once the blister pack has been removed, for hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or refunds can be accepted.
- This policy complies with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, which excludes from the right of withdrawal goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
Returns without technical defect
- In the event of a return for personal reasons (change of mind, order error, etc.), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The product must be returned unused, complete, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
